428-430 1st Avenue in downtown Ladysmith was built as a commercial/retail building in 1910. It is currently configured as two retail/commercial spaces on the main floor with four apartments on the second floor. The retail spaces are now ocupied by CanvasPlus Printing and Left Coast Fashions.
