Baden-Powell Street in Ladysmith, B.C. runs east-west between Esplanade Avenue in the east and 6th Avenue in the west.
Following the practice of Ladysmith’s founders of naming streets after British commanders of the Boer War, Baden-Powell Street is named for Robert Baden-Powell. Apart from his actions in the Boer War, Robert Baden-Powell was also the founder of the Boy Scouts.
