320 3rd Avenue was sold for $276,100 on 25 September 2017.

It appears to be exactly the same design as the adjacent property to the south at 310 3rd Avenue, which was also built in 1920, so it quite possible that 310 3rd Avenue and 320 3rd Avenue were built by the same builder or developer.
